Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for Custom Tech Inserts are dynamically calculated at the time of placing an order. They are dependent on the delivery address, and weight and dimensions of the order. We use a third party shipping provider in order to provide you with a fast and affordable service.

As a guide, shipping of Custom Tech Inserts to major Australian capital cities is around AU$15, and can be higher than AU$30 for other cities and regional areas.

Shipping Locations

Your ArmourCore Tech Insert can be delivered to most places in Australia. However, they are not able to be deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, AusPost Parcel Collect addresses or Parcel Lockers.

Estimated Shipping Timeframes

Orders will normally ship the day they complete production. Once the order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Australian Metro (Ex. Perth Metro) 3-5 business days
  • Perth Metro 6-9 business days
  • Regional Areas 6-9 business days
  • Remote Areas 10+ business days

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping?

For the time being, we only ship within Australia. However, we’re just getting started and hope to be able to welcome international customers in the near future. If you want us to keep you informed about international shipping, please let us know via our Contact Us page.

Delivery Tracking

Once a Custom Tech Insert order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive notification emails from our logistics partner, that will contain shipment tracking information and updates on the progress of the shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account. If you have any questions about shipment progress after your order has been dispatched, please contact the carrier directly, as they will be best placed to assist. You can find their details in the shipment tracking information located in the notification emails. Please note, some carriers utilise independent contractors & third parties for remote areas, as such some shipment progress tracking may not be available.

Receiving your order

Shipment deliveries occur Monday – Friday between 9am – 5pm. Unfortunately, specific delivery dates and times cannot be arranged. If you are not available when the delivery driver arrives, they will leave a card with details on how to re-arrange your delivery. All orders must be signed for and ID may be required upon delivery.

If you are not present when the courier drops of the package, then they may drop a collection card in your mailbox to either contact for a redelivery or pick-up at a nearby collection point, such as your local Australia Post Office.
